Bon Jour - How Long Is Forever
Opening this week is Vienna based newcomer ‘Bon Jour’ – they’re a six piece with a cool Psychedelic funk – surf rock vibe, and noteabvly, they like to record as an old school live band with a serious groove – it works, which is why their 2026 EP title track, ‘How Long Is Forever’ opens the show this week.

Free Milk - Believer
Blues Saraceno was a teenage guitar prodigy who released his first instrumental album at 16, toured with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker in the early ’90s in the post-Cream lineup, then replaced Richie Kotzen in Poison from 1994–96. Free Milk is his latest project, and “Believer” is the title track of the four-song 2025 Believer EP.

Zero-G Racetrack - Slave To My Ego
“Slave To My Ego”, by my band, Zero-G Racetrack, is about understanding yourself, dealing with those self-inflicted highs and lows and maybe learning when to stop overthinking everything. Don’t get trapped in your own head, kids and go with what you know.

Healthy Junkies - Son and a Daughter
Healthy Junkies are a London-based punk/alternative rock quartet formed in 2010 by French-born vocalist Nina Courson and guitarist/vocalist Phil Honey-Jones. “Son and a Daughter” is from their 2024 album Listen To The Mad and is an interesting left turn for them, using a dub/reggae-influenced rhythm underneath a very catchy punk-rock chorus.
Hellings - Rehab For Love
Hellings is the rock project led by Los Angeles singer, songwriter and frontman Brett Hellings. He’s been making records for a long time, but his latest throws blues, soul, funk and big classic-rock energy in a blender for a great vide – “Rehab For Love” is the opening track from the 2024 album Borderline, it’s pretty great, so make sure you check it out.
Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast - Piece of You
Soul-rock band Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast are New Yorkers who transplanted to Asheville, North Carolina in 2010 where they’ve made a name for themselves on stage with stints with Blackberry Smoke and Greta Van Fleet. While they’re busy making an international name for themselves, I thought I’d put 2024’s ‘Piece of You’ in your ears.
Bones UK - Cherub Rock
Our cover this week is a cool take on the opening track and lead single from The Smashing Pumpkins’ second album, 1993’s Siamese Dream. The album debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and the single reached No. 7 on Billboard’s Modern Rock Tracks and No. 31 in the UK, becoming the tip of the spear on a classic 90’s pairing of Producer Butch Vig and the Pumpkins.
33 years later, London Duo Bones UK put their own stamp on the track for a 2026 Smashing Pumpkins tribute record and I absolutely love the shift in vibe, emotion and clarity they bring to their version of ‘Cherub Rock’.
